Are you bilingual in English and Afrikaans and enjoy working in the costing sector and would like to work in a small finance team dealing in the FMCG industry?Our client has a junior role that requires your finance expertise to manage costing of raw materials for finished goods liaising on price listings and building a relationship with their important Key Account Client.Great opportunity to use your finance qualification and grow in a costing role. REQUIREMENTS
  • Matric, basic tertiary qualification in cost accounting (junior role)
  • A minimum of three to five years proven experience
  • Must be willing to learn
  • Must have own transport
  • Strong Excel knowledge including pivot tables and v-lookup
  • Experience on Pastel would be an advantage
  • Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
DUTIES
  • Cost calculations on products sold
  • Gathering of all data needed to perform cost calculations
  • Billing of clients and extensive liaison with clients
  • Provide regular updates on goods sold to client and cost of goods sold
  • Assist with billing queries on client’s account
  • Report on cost information needed to Account Managers as well as the Finance and Admin Manager
  • Manage any other queries relating to cost, pricing, budget and sales projections on client’s account
  • General administration duties


Salary: negotiable dependent on experience
