- MDA and advanced Excel
- REIT
- 4 years experience as a Financial Manager within the Property industry.
- Cashflow management
- Budgets and Forecasts
- Monthly management accounts and reporting
- Interim and year-end reporting
- Review monthly VAT returns and computation and submission of provisional and income tax.
- Oversee and review the preparation of monthly and annual audit files.
- Implement necessary internal procedures, controls, and communication.
