a) Qualifications Required:At least a two (2) year ICT qualification in Information Technology or Computer Sciences or Information Systemsb) Experience Five (5) years or more experience in Mobile Development for each resource to be allocated.c) The following is the Job Summary of a Mobile Developers required by the Fund:Support and maintain the entire mobile application lifecycle (concept, design, system development, test, release and support); To develop the mobile applications following the DEVOPS methodology stipulated below:Interpret business requirements into technical specification documents;Produce technical, end-user/training documentation, and operational procedures; Produce fully functional mobile applications as per the Fund`s approved specification;Conduct unit testing and UI tests to identify malfunctions prior handing over the solution to the QA team;Deployment of the mobile application on the various mobile APP platforms (e.g. Istore, Playstore, AppStore, etc.).Responsible for successful business outcomes as measured by stakeholder satisfaction;Proposed new mobile application innovations in the Fund;The mobile application must integrate with the existing and new applications in the Fund;Troubleshoot and debug the mobile application to optimize performance.d) Skills and attributes required:Proven work experience as a Mobile developer;Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the App store or the Android market;In-depth knowledge of at least one programming language like Swift and Java;Experience with third-party libraries and APIsFamiliarity with OOP design principles;Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude;Ability to perform in a team environment.
