Description:
· Purchasing components for pump assembly.
· Selling components and pumps.
· Maintaining stock levels in the store.
· Servicing existing clients and responding to new sales inquiries.
· Following up on quotation processes and placing orders for clients.
· Generating invoices for clients.
· Receiving, managing, and escalating customer complaints.
Requirements:
· Previous sales and procurement experience relating to pumps and pump components.
· Professional telephone manner.
· Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
· Computer literate with knowledge of ERP systems.
· Matric
· Relevant tertiary/trade qualification (beneficial).
