Mandatory Skills – minimum 3 years' experience in:
- Accounting software experience using Xero. (important)
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
- Confident in communication and working within a tight knit team.
- Strong commercial awareness
- Self-motivated, proactive, and innovative style
- High level Excel and Microsoft skills (non negotiable)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Strong attention to detail (commercial industry / good people skills)
Duties include but not limited to -
- Managing and recording financial transactions using Xero
- Maintaining accurate company ledgers
- Administer daily cashflow
- Debtors Management.
- Processing supplier and client invoices for approval and payment
- Assisting with reconciliations
- Year-end accounts assistance
- Using Excel and other tools to streamline financial procedures and administration.
