My client, well established IT Technicians based in Northriding, Randburg, is looking for a junior IT technician to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in all functions in the office, assist clients with IT issues, help out with deliveries and collections and visit clients where necessary. Assist with installations and configurations, network and firewall tasks, general internet and routing tasks, etc.
Requirements:
- It Technical: 1 year or less
The ideal candidate must have some IT qualification, eg A+ and N+ as well as min 1 year experience within an IT environment. Good knowledge of MS operating systems as well as networking and firewall knowledge. They must have great communication skills as they will be liaising with clients and the team. We are looking for a candidate who is eager to grow in IT - the company offers great growth opportunities and they offer on the job training and training courses. We are looking for a candidate who is well presented and has great time management skills. They must also have their own transport - this is essential and not negotiable.
