Urgently run for this opportunity! Job & Company Description:This client in asset management is urgently looking for a Financial Accountant to join their tech savvy and diverse finance team on a 12 months contract basis.
This role will require an individual with a passion for accounting practices, economic principles, applicable laws, codes and regulations and auditing practices.
The key responsibilities for this role will include:
- Monthly management reports
- Data analysis
- Annual financial statements
As you will be required to hit the ground running extensive experience is essential.
The requirements:
Qualification:
- BCom Hons Finance Degree (non-negotiable)
- CA(SA) with completed board exams
Experience:
- 2+ years post articles experience
- Knowledge accepted accounting practices and principles and IFRS
- Excellent knowledge of the PowerBI or Oracle (non-negotiable)
Skills Required:
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Excellent collaborative skills
- Ownership and accountability
