Conditioning Monitoring Technician required for a reputable water treatment company based in Vanderbijlpark/MiddelburgRequirements: Preferably Trade test (Mechanical)Higher qualification in Mechanical field (Diploma in Mechanical Engineering)Minimum of three year experience in condition monitoring and site maintenanceExperience in Root Cause Failure Analyses (RCFA)Certification in the following:CAT II ISO certificationBalancingIR Level 1Tribology / Oil analysis Level 1AlignmentUse technical data to make recommendationsFamiliar with VIBEEXPERT11 Vibration Analysis tool would be an advantageResponsibilities:Execution and completion of relevant ConMon PM-schedules as per CMMS systemCompiling and updating of condition monitoring trending reports for rotating equipment.Providing input to performance review reports as required on a daily/weekly basis and comply to data quality standards.Executing data validation and reconciliation requirements daily; deliver diligent close-out of work orders, capturing data that is correctly coded and reported at the accurate quantum within an appropriate timeframe.Executing delivery the sustainability activities as relevant to discipline and set out in the Life of Asset Plan to improve sustainability performance over timeConsistently applying Safety and Health principles in all team interactions and take personal responsibility for safety of self and others to ensure zero harm and elimination of fatalitiesCollecting and summarizing the specific risks within working area and implement plans/system to avoid these risksGood communication and interaction between yourself and the maintenance and /or operations teamSubmit monthly time & travel logbookAchieve company, department, and customer KPI'sDate collection and reportingMaintain and develop relationships with existing and new customersEngage with all business support infrastructures to resolve queriesFollow established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, assuring continuous quality improvement and safety awareness.Should you wish to apply please email your CV through to Kerry O’Hagan at
