Responsibilities
Work closely with the Product Manager, Art Director, and CTO to develop a custom avatar creation system Manage outsourcing in the development Build and maintain the development pipeline for the 3D assets Communicate and enforce quality and technical guidelines for the art departmentRequirements
Excellent knowledge of Unity and C# Extensive knowledge of Blender and Python Well-versed in 3D rendering techniques, like shaders, lighting, etc Strong understanding of performance and optimisation Well-informed of current and next generation technologies in-game Self-motivated, team player, good communication and time management skills Ability to keep company confidence
