Seeking an experience Learning Developer and Facilitator to join our banking client (One of the TOP 4 banks in SA), towards JHB on a 6-month contract.
Identify business needs through proper analysis
Come up with learning and development solutions
Cluster project coordination
Risk management
Gaps analysis
Client liaison and relationship management
Stakeholder liaison
Develop assessments, learning aids and interventions
Sign off of learning material
Redesign process maps
Creation and implementation of learning proposals
Identification of training courses
Drive continuous improvement
Must have:
Matric
NQF Level 6, perhaps HR diploma or degree (Learning and development)
Advantageous - ODETDP diploma / certificate (short term insurance / financial planning / investments)
No less than 4-7 years' working experience within a Bank
Business acumen

Computer literate - MS Office Suite - Advanced

Excellent English communication - written and verbal
Knowledge: Regulatory, systems and software, cluster specific operations
Clear ITC (Credit), Crim, Fraud
