Description:
We are on the lookout for a long term insurance sales development fanatic to join one of the TOP insurance firms towards Port Elizabeth for a 1-year programme.
Responsibilities:
Increasing the policy sales
Recruiting, on boarding, training and developing reps
Commission calculations
Drive compliance
Pushing reps to reach their targets
Drafting sales reports
Performance management of staff
Ability to go over and above 120 policies monthly to qualify for commission
Must have:
Matric
MS Office proficient
Full FSCA qualification
RE 5 certificate obtained
Valid DOFA
CPD points (long term insurance, investment)
COB - Class of business - (long term insurance, investment) - plus point
No less than 2 years' experience in a Sales role within a long term insurance company
Experience on: Category A, B1, B2, C and retail benefits
Tier 1 and Tier 2 product exposure
Target driven
Relationship building skills
Leading skills
Must reside within the Eastern Cape
Excellent track record - sales
Clear ITC (credit), Crim, Fraud
