Our client, a renowned Group Holdings investment company focused on driving sustainable long-term growth and value creation within their investment portfolio of sizeable listed and unlisted businesses is seeking to URGENTLY appoint a dynamic Financial Manager to be based in their Northern Suburbs, Johannesburg offices.PLEASE NOTE:A benchmarked CTC Compensation Package of R650K to R750K per annum is on offer.KEY COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:At minimum a BCom degree, NQF 7, and CIMA or ACCA or SAIPA designation.At least 5 years commercial experience, with 3 years senior accountant experience and financial manager experience.Solidly grounded experience in a holding company or diverse group will be a distinct advantage.Experience in fair value measurement advantageous.Working knowledge of IFRS 13 a distinct advantage.Excellent Microsoft office suite skills, with Excel being essential.Ability to work under pressure.Deadline and detail orientated.Well-rounded team player.Individual with high integrityAlignment with the Groups Values (Respect, Integrity, Agility, Excellence, & Professionalism)/KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Preparation of monthly financial reporting (journal processing, balance sheet recons, consolidation).Accounts payable cycle review and sign off (preparation where required).Preparation monthly cash flow forecasts.Preparation budgeting and forecasts.Acting as company secretary.Ensuring compliance of group.Preparing reporting packs.Management of external audit.Annual AFS preparation.Tax Computation and submission.Monthly monitoring of investee performance.Valuation preparation/Inputs and review.Covenant monitoring/debts management.NOTE WELL:An appointment will be made which is aligned with our clients Employment Equity Plane.Our client reserves the right not to make an appointment.APPLY NOW!WILLINGNESS TO RELOCATE TO JOHANNESBURG IS ESSENTIAL.
