Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Project Manager
The Project Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with managing property development projects. This includes expediting project timelines, coordinating inspections, managing logistics, and assisting with project management tasks. While the role is located in Johannesburg, there is flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Experience in project management, expediting, and logistics management
- Knowledge of inspection processes and quality control
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relevant project management software
- Previous experience in conversions is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as construction management or business administration
