Description:

Manage and supervise cutting room staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

· Develop and implement cutting room procedures and policies to optimize efficiency and ensure adherence to quality standards.

· Coordinate with production planning and scheduling teams to prioritize cutting orders and meet production deadlines.

· Monitor and maintain cutting equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.

· Conduct regular inspections of materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.

· Collaborate with other department managers to streamline workflow processes and resolve any issues that may arise. - Prepare and analyze reports on cutting room performance, including productivity, quality, and cost metrics.

· Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cutting room operations and reduce waste.

· Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
