Our client in Addo is seeking to employ an administrative person to join their team at their lodge near Patterson/Addo. Requirements:Pastel Excellent people skills Matric Duties to include but not limited to:Invoicing on Pastel for customers and suppliers Stock control on Pastel Monthly stock take figures on Excel Updating income and occupancy spreadsheet weekly Filing/sorting of paperwork Guest liaisons/hosting Updating asset register Handling insurance General admin duties PA duties for the general manager Assisting with reservations when needed The package includes:Accommodation on the property (may be shared with others but have separate bedroom) Wifi Uniforms A meal when working afternoon/evening shift Candidate to work 21 days on and 7 days off (lifts to and from PE provided) SECTOR: Administrator
