Administrator – Front Office Assistance – Knysna Industrial R10 000 – R12 000

Well established Client in Knysna Industrial is looking for an Administrator / Front Office Assistant: in Knysna to fulfil the following tasks.
Duties
Handling front desk, all calls, walk in clients for information and orders;
Handling dispatch,
Site requirements;
Typing of quotes, invoices, correspondence;
Wages (Excel) weekly and monthly;
Debtors and Creditors on Pastel;
Bookkeeping to TB an advantage;
Stock control;
PAYE, UIF SDL’s
Skills development
Vehicle Licence preferable
Experience:
2 years (Required)
The ideal candidate will have very strong pastel, excel & bank reconciliation skills and it will be a bonus if they have any experience / knowledge in Health and Safety
Salary offered
R10 000 – R12 000 per month depending on experience
Working Hours
Mondays to Thursdays 0700 to 1700
Fridays 0700- 14h15
