Duties and responsibilities include:Responsible for the efficiency of the Paper machines on a shift basis.Effectively managing costs within the production budget.Effective management of safety, health, and environment.Mini business manager and control over equipment including Autonomous maintenance.Lead, coach, and mentor of the manufacturing team on shift.Check sheets and adherence to Manufacturing Excellence.
