MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS :
Matric Diploma / Degree in Hospitality Management (ESSENTIAL) Front of House experience at a 5* Game Reserve / Lodge (ESSENTIAL) Minimum of 5 years’ Hospitality FOH experience at a 5* Game Reserve/Lodge Proficient on Protel (ESSENTIAL) Proficient on all MS Office packages (MS Word & MS Excel) Experienced in living, working & selling game reserve 5* hospitality packages (ESSENTIAL) Professional, well-spoken and presentable for international guests to SA Excellent command of the English Language (verbal & written) High level of telephone etiquette & excellent all-round communication skills Valid driver’s licence (no endorsements) Contactable references & solid work history (3 weeks on / 1 week off cycle)
