Minimum Requirements Relevant Qualification in Information Technology, Business or Supply ChainExperience in applied WMS systems will be advantageousMin 5 years of experience in warehousingRole Purpose To secure the ways of working and processes in the warehouse operation in accordance with global template via practical work and analysis of current business. The Incumbent will actively participate in warehouse related projects defined by Global Warehouse Manager and GDC/RDC/LDC Operation manager.Work with new investments, maintenance, development and streamlining of physical material flows. initiate pre-studies of decided activities, prepare investment calculations and drive improvements.Contribute to organizational learning and focus on customer needsDrive development of processes and ensure an efficient flow in material handlingDevelopment and rollover of systemsDevelopment of layout to improve internal processesSelf-styled drive development and new ways of workingTrain employees in new processes and routinesWork in close collaboration and ensure good communication with other functions within the Supply Chain and divisionsBenchmark and provide tools with regard to quality and needsWork with continuous improvement
