As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for the following:
- Oversight of Debtors and Creditors Management
- Processing and Reconciliation of Bank Statements
- Reconciliation of Salaries and Wages between SAGE VIP and SAGE Pastel
- Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register and Preparation of Depreciation Journals
- Execution of Various Journal Entries
- Monitoring of Cashflow
- Aid in Budgeting and Forecasting Activities
- Ensuring Compliance with Tax and Statutory Obligations: VAT, PAYE, and Provisional Tax
- Support for Reviews and Audits
Qualifications:
Completed Finance qualification
Skills:
3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Manufacturing industry experience
Sage 200 Evolution would be beneficial
