- Studying towards or possessing a qualification in human resource management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field (a plus!)
- At least 1-3 years' experience as an assistant
- Experience working within an operational environment (advantageous)
- Knowledge of relevant labour legislation
- Good Computer and Microsoft Office Suite skills
