Large Hospitality Travel and Tourism is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the above position.
Purpose of the Position
· To ensure collections targets are met and high service levels are maintained at all times. To ensure that all members are assisted in a friendly and in a courteous manner and that all queries are resolved in line with our Service Level Agreement.

Key Performance Areas
· Effectively attend to debtor’s book to ensure arrears are kept to a minimum
· M aintain the high levels of Service Delivery required in the department
· Utilise various methods of correspondence such as email, fax, post etc.
· To achieve efficiency and quality standards as per company policy and procedure
· Resolve matters effectively and improve collection figures
· Ad hoc duties where required
