Are you passionate about numbers, meticulous in your approach, and ready to drive success in the automotive industry? My client is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to Trial Balance, dipping into debtors and creditors management, to join their dynamic team!This position is based in Sandton.
Duties:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using industry-standard accounting software.
- Manage debtors and creditors accounts, including invoicing, reconciliations, and collections.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including trial balances, aging analysis, and cash flow statements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any financial discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations and company policies.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Completed Matric
- Completed Diploma in Finance or related qualification
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position
