- Management or Food Technology degree
- 5 – 8 Years Management experience
- 5 – 8 Years Production experience
- Sound knowledge of production processes
- Experience in lean manufacturing
- Excellent Problem Solving/Analytical skills
- Leadership and management skills – gets results through others
- Ability to relate to people at all levels throughout the Company
- Honest, ethical with high performance standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A self-starter
Desirable:
- Experience working in FMCG Food Manufacturing environment
- Experience with using specialized equipment
