Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular checks on Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain and update vehicle odometer logs for proper tracking and maintenance scheduling.
• Monitor and manage requisition lists, intervening as needed to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Track and manage the whereabouts of plant equipment, maintaining detailed logs for efficient operation.
• Maintain availability for on-call duties as required by the site.
• Uphold cleanliness standards in storerooms and offices to promote a safe and organized work environment.
• Oversee the management of hired equipment, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Perform inspections on vehicles, trailers, and scaffolding structures, and generate detailed reports as necessary.
• Conduct regular toolbox checks, generate reports, and ensure the maintenance of tools for optimal performance.
• Review tool hire logs and conduct comparisons to track usage and ensure proper inventory management.
• Coordinate and perform maintenance tasks on scaffolding systems, including overall maintenance and plank maintenance.
• Schedule and oversee alternate servicing of trailers to maintain operational efficiency.
• Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills, which are advantageous for effectively performing job duties.
