- Provide technical support and expertise to customers throughout the sales process, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

- Valid Electrical/Electronic or Marketing Qualification.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Business Development within the mining or cement industries, with a focus on Drives technology.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a deep understanding of LV, MV, DC Drives & Controllers, etc.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to travel extensively outside of South Africa as required.
