Description:
A fantastic opportunity in Cape Town has become available for a Technician to join an ever-growing brand. The position offered is inhouse, therefore, you will NOT be doing any installations. The core of the position entails the following but is not limited to:
Customer interaction – either face to face or telephonically, you will be offering technical support and advice wherever needed in both our Alarm and CCTV arena’s
Client product training
Staff product training
Assisting the Sales Team close deals by attending client meetings with the sales exec
Understanding opposition and their products
Customer training (introduction and advanced sessions) on a regular basis
The requirements are as follows:
Grade 12
2+ Years’ Experience in the CCTV / Security Sector
Ability to Provide Advise and Remote Support to CCTV Installers
Strong Computer Literacy (including some networking knowledge)
