Our client in Dhlamini, Soweto is looking to employ a Branch Supervisor for their Financial Services operation. This position is strictly EE. We are looking for a deadline-driven, energetic person with solid communication skills. Immediate start preferred. Must be resident in Soweto/Johannesburg South area. Job Purpose: Managing and overseeing branch personnel, supervising branch operations, and ensuring efficient operation on a day-to-day basis. Improving productivity and streamlining branch activities to maximise results and achieve peak performance levels. Oversee all office tasks to ensure that sales goals are met and that tasks are performed efficiently. Duties Include: Coordinating with other branches to share knowledge, plan promotional activities, or achieve goals. Adhering to high ethical and professional standards Recognizing employee achievements and encouraging excellence in the work environment Organising and executing training programs for branch personnel Briefing employees on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information Conduct regular meeting to update team on company performance. Train and evaluate staff performance Interacting with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback Resolving customer problems as needed Create and maintain client relationship Liaise with other branches to share strategies Assessing market conditions and identifying opportunities Organising marketing activities and events for the branch Increasing brand awareness for the company within the community Developing and implementing Marketing plan Minimum Requirements: Matric Diploma/ National Certificate in Business Administration 2-3 yrs. experience in business administration Supervision/Management experience Salary is R10 000 CTC per month.
