Managing property administration tasks with the precision of a seasoned explorer, from tracking maintenance costs to navigating municipality statements. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Managing payroll. Processing weekly payments. Work experience required: Minimum 5 yearsâ?? experience in finance. Property Finance experience is advantageous Familiar with google products - Gmail, google docs, and calendar. QuickBooks experience is a huge advantage.
