Job Title: Key Accounts Manager

The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key clients in the travel industry. They will be expected to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts in the travel industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for key accounts.
- Monitor and report on client satisfaction and sales performance.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure client needs are met.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate new business leads.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales or account management role within the travel industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
