Accounts Assistant (Open to race and gender)

Area: Roodepoort, Gauteng

Salary Package: R19000 p/m plus medical aid, provident fund

Start date - ASAP

Duties:

· Processing of daily sales journals and corrections for multiple companies in the group

· Import and allocation of bank accounts

· Creditors processing and reconciliation for various companies in the group

· Loading payments on database and the bank

· Monthly recon of stock & expense allocation

· Other receivables monthly reconciliation and payment allocation

Requirements:

• Cashbook: 1 to 2 years
• Debtors: 2 to 3 years
• Creditors Clerk Experience: 2 to 3 years

Requirements

· Matric

· Relevant certificate or diploma

· Creditors experience

· Sage knowledge will be advantages

· Accuracy

· Deadline driven and detail orientated
