Description:

Hire Resolve's client is a leading steel manufacturing company in Gauteng, looking for a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join their team. The Internal Sales Representative will be responsible for managing customer accounts and generating sales leads within the steel industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers in the steel industry.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide customers with product information, pricing, and delivery details.
  • Prepare and send quotations to customers.
  • Follow up on sales leads and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the external sales team to coordinate sales efforts.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
  • Assist with resolving customer complaints and issues.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.

Requirements :
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the steel industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation.
  • Knowledge of steel products and manufacturing processes is a plus.
