As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient office operations and supporting various departments.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to create and maintain spreadsheets, charts, and reports.
- Assist in data entry, analysis, and management tasks.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist with the preparation of documents, presentations, and correspondence.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects and tasks as assigned.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
