*Reference: JHB005758-Koki-1* Our sister company is looking for a Business Analyst to assist the Service Delivery Manager and SCRUM team to co-ordinate the delivery of Digital projects and related services for their clients. The BA must have excellent planning and business acumen. The candidate must have exceptional ability to plan and implement service delivery processes. In addition, the BA must have a keen eye for identifying business opportunities, developing business case and translating such plans into solutions to improve service delivery. *Education and Experience:* * Relevant technical or business work experience * Working knowledge of business operations & systems requirements processes * Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Social Science, Information Systems * Business Analysis and System Analysis certification *Key Responsibilities:* * Define the business, system and technical requirements of multiple projects through problem identification * Accurately document the requirements, elicit the requirements from stakeholders across various levels of the organization * Engage professionally with a diverse number of stakeholders (IT and Business), define the business processes and their associated changes and the impact to the organization * Investigate the possible solutions and make recommendations. * Have the ability to make decisions based on information * Assist with technical system hand over and documentation * The BA will maintain an asset register, support team contact details and master service agreements with all parties involved to maintain the entire system. * Assist to maintain system stability by following regression testing modals and perform routine tests for all digital solutions * The BA will assist business teams to create Business plans and Business requirement documents to present at Steering committee meetings to provide guidance for the technical team to build a solution received across multiple applications * Ensure successful implementation of solutions R
