Requirements Grade 12 and Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Management Minimum 3 to 5 Years Sales and Management experience in FMCG Valid driver's licence Excellent Computer Skills Professional and presentable Duties/Responsibilities: Setting targets for stores located in the area Conducting regular store visits Creating performance objectives for stores to follow Promoting & maintaining high customer service standards Monitoring & analyzing product performance trends/issues Driving Sales, GP & Basket size targets with passion & information Recognizing & addressing factors impacting profitability Managing in-store administration and security checks The ability to meet deadlines, planning & delegating effectively, working within agreed time frames Evaluating staff and team performance Coaching store managers Resolving problems in the area when they arise Maximizing sales and profitability across the stores in the area Motivating staff to meet their targets and helping them to achieve their goals Liaise with HR regarding recruitment and overseeing promotions within their area Identifying areas for development and improvement within their area Implementing action plans that lead to change or improvement Ensuring quality consistency across the region Ensuring quality control of products and customer service across your area Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and operational guidelines Extensive travelling as stores are located in different geographical areas. The ability to work under pressure. Confidence, drive and enthusiasm. Decision-making ability and a sense of responsibility. Planning and organizational skills.
