BYB Sales - Experienced in Cold Calling (Remote) Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven BYB Sales Executive with proven experience in cold calling to join our dynamic sales team. As a key contributor to our sales efforts, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Conduct targeted cold calling campaigns to generate leads and identify potential clients. Utilize market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products/services. Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and challenges of prospective clients. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations. Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and challenges, providing tailored solutions. Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transition and delivery of products/services. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records using CRM tools. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Provide insights and recommendations to the team to adapt and refine sales strategies. Requirements: Own Laptop with Microsoft office Own Internet Focus on cold calling and lead generation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Results-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
