Junior Area Operations Manager needed for Restaurant group in Johannesburg. Candidates must have at least 3+ years’ Restaurant management experience. Must have own car. The position is ideal for candidates who are eager to work in multiple stores and who want to start a career in multi store management. Normal Restaurant hours apply – six-day work week, evenings and weekends. Off day during the week. Looking for someone with a hands-on approach – the successful candidate will do shop reports and manage standard operating procedures of the stores. General duties include monitoring brand standards and service levels as well as troubleshooting. The position is suitable for a self-motivated ambitious candidate. The position is purely operational and does not include store administration. The shops are situated in central Jhb areas as well as the east and south of Jhb, must be willing to travel into township areas. Cannot consider candidates without own car and valid license. Salary 13 - 15K CTC plus fuel.
