Key Responsibilities: Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads. Building relationships with potential clients and partners through networking, outreach, and marketing efforts. Analysing market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions. Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue growth. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to drive new business initiatives. Attend industry events and conferences to generate leads and stay up to date on industry trends. Upskilling to stay relevant and ahead of product trends. Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients and partners. Maintaining a strong understanding of the organization’s products or services and effectively communicating their value proposition to potential clients. Tracking and reporting on sales and business development activities to internal stakeholders. Requirements:
Criteria: Education: National Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, and Communications.
Experience: Over 4 years of experience in sales, demonstrating a consistent history of achieving or surpassing sales objectives.
Proficient in a hunter sales capacity, emphasizing the creation of new business opportunities. Skills: Proficient in efficient time management and handling multiple simultaneous tasks. Outstanding communication and interpersonal prowess. Maintains high standards of professionalism and presentation. Possesses foundational computer skills, including expertise in industry-specific tools and software applications.
