Description:
My client, a famous Cape Town Sporting Club based in Green Point is looking for an Administration Manager to join their team.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be required to assist when reception is busy or unattended, assist Members and Visitors with their requirements.
Control and Planning of the Sports time sheet, work together with the Committee and captains regarding future fixtures of events, manage all aspects of the booking system as well as any Corporate days which happen periodically.
Being an integral part of the Admin team, you will control and manage new membership with regular updating of the database and reporting line to the GM and ASS GM.
Ensuring stock of stationary and all office supplies are replete
Bank staements reconsof funds due and relevant memebers payments.
Collection of monies from the Club shop, counting and recons of the daily turnovers.
Banking of cash and mail collection.
Management of Petty Cash
Cmpiling wekly/monthly sales and revenue reports.
Responsible for all Admin related functions which management will assign from time to time
Requirements:
- Office Administrator: 2 to 3 years
- Basic Accounting Recons: 2 to 3 years
At least 3 years experience in a similar role.
An Admin profile with an Accounting background is favourable.
