Description:
Do you have a minimum of 2 years internet support experience and is familiar with Radius Manager, Mikrotik and Ubiquiti, then my client would like to meet you.

Requirements:
· Minimum of 2 year in internet support role
· Familiarity with Mikrotik, Ubiquiti Software & Hardware
· Proficiency in Radius Manager Software
· Basic internet support and telephonic troubleshooting skills
· Fluency in English & Afrikaans
Additional Criteria:
· Ability to work under pressure
· 8 am to 5 pm availability (own transportation required)
· Must be available for after-hours support
