Reporting: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Montague Gardens

We are recruiting a Warehouse Administrator for our finished goods warehouse. This position gives focus to the warehouse administrative activities to ensure receiving and dispatching system transactions are accurately processed daily.
Objectives of this role
- Accurate and timeous recording all warehouse stock movement transactions in ERP system.
- Problem solving stock movement queries.
Responsibilities
- Accurately capture warehouse stock movement transactions daily.
- Ensure procedures related to stock movement and related data capturing are consistently complied with.
- Ensure FIFO principles are complied with when dispatching stock.
- Resolve any ERP / Syspro related queries timeously.
- Perform ad-hoc warehouse administrative duties as required.
- Stand-in for Warehouse Supervisor when required.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Matric plus relevant work experience in an administrative role.
- Knowledge of warehouse dispatch/receiving functions
- Experience in WMS /ERP Systems (Syspro)
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Excellent administration skills
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Experience in ERP Systems (Syspro)
- Computer literacy - Office 365
