• Support the Accounts Payable Manager in planning, organizing, controlling, and evaluating the full operation of the Accounts Payable Department.
• Manage processes related to the accurate processing of purchase orders, invoices, and vendor account reconciliations.
• Identify opportunities for standardization and process improvement.
• Ensure proper training for customers and vendors.
• Evaluate and manage staff within the Accounts Payable section.
• Implement and enforce compliance with policies and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in a Shared Service environment.

Qualifications:
Completed Bcom in Finance

Skills:
3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar position
Attention to detail
Experience in a Shared Service environment
