Overview
Exciting opportunity exists for a proactive Head of Recruitment who is enthusiastic about networking and building relationships. Previous experience specific to management is required.
Minimum Requirements:
HR degree or equivalent
10 or more years experience in recruitment including headhunting
5 or more years management experience
4 or more years In-house recruitment experience
Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms
Knowledge of all compliance regulations pertaining to recruitment
Duties and Responsibilities:
Liaising with internal departments to clearly understand recruitment needs to draft appropriate job specifications and brief the recruitment team
Ensure the sourcing of potential candidates through various recruitment techniques
Manage the hiring processes via the ATS
Ongoing review and creation of new ways to attract high caliber staff through new and cost-effective avenues
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
Foster relationships with tertiary institutions to create a steady pipeline of caliber graduates
Understand psychometric assessments results provided by outsourced avenue and advise Hiring Managers based on results thereof
Act as liaison between potential candidates and hiring managers to effectively manage the recruitment process
Develop hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field
Ensure recruitment metrics are available and accurate for required reporting
Manage the overall recruitment team to ensure optimizing of the recruitment process across the business and manage the recruitment teams performance
Ensures team collaboration and networking with internal and external stakeholders
Effectively project manage various recruitment drives
