Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) designation is mandatory
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, preferably within the FMCG industry
- Proven track record of success in a multinational environment
- Manage the financial planning and budgeting process, including forecasting and variance analysis
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
