The Company is a leading software development company based in Johannesburg, dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to their clients. They seek a proactive and organised Personal Assistant to support the team and ensure smooth operations. They seek a reliable and efficient Part-Time Personal Assistant to support their team with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. Responsibilities: • Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. • Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for business trips. • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports. • Handle correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and letters. • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and expense tracking. • Coordinate and schedule team meetings and events. • Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned. Skills and Qualifications: • Previous experience as a personal assistant or administrative assistant is preferred. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently. • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities. • Knowledge of basic office equipment and procedures.
