Our client in the property development industry is seeking a dedicated and skilled Accountant to join our team.Job Description:Manage all aspects of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger entries.Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.Prepare financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Support audits and assist in the preparation of audit schedules.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role.Proficiency in accounting software.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
