Requirements: Related degree in business management, sales or related field.5 years + applicable management experience.Retail Industry experience would be a good fit. Salary: R660 000 Cost to Company per annum (slightly negotiable) Responsibilities: Develop, define, and execution of the facility specific strategy and objectives that aligns to and drives the businesss strategy, targets and value proposition.Provide support and advice to the Senior Leadership Team in the delivery of the facilitys strategy and objectives.Create a culture that promotes a sustainable sales pipelines, effective administration, and efficient operations.Manage and engage with all external contractors and internal teams to ensure the efficient operation of the facility.Take responsibility for budgets, cost management, cost control and targets set.Overall responsibility and accountability for the sales and operational teams at the facility.Develop, define, and drive sales plans that build pipelines, convert potential clients, upsell existing clients, and meets annual targets.Develop, with the aid of the marketing manager, effective marketing campaigns that speak specifically to the methods and markets that the facility targets.Analyse existing products and improve upon those.Develop new products where necessary.Manage the day-to-day activities of the sales team, including, but not limited to the required administrative functions.Develop, define, and execute on operational plans that lead to increased sales volumes and cost-efficiencies.Ensure effective administration of all operational aspects within the facility.Develop and introduce new operational processes and systems where necessary to ensure optimal performance within the facility.Day-to-day management of operational team.Management of all external contractors and service providers.Maintain and improve the existing facility condition.Develop new sections in the facility when needed.Create sustainable and environmentally friendly solutions to the challenges at the facility.
