They operate across a variety of sectors throughout Southern Africa (SADC Countries)Job DescriptionYou will be reporting to the Technical Director and your responsibilities will include:Lead project teams in strategic planning and resourcing efforts for water and sanitation projectsPlanning, executing, and evaluating projects according to predetermined timelines and budgetsDevelopment and management of mentorship programme for junior engineersEnsure engineering and design work complies with regulatory, licenses and permits, industry standard and customer engineering and technical requirements.Drive the proper contracting strategy for the projectBuilding and managing project teams, building relationships with clients, and ensuring quality control throughout project life cycles are central to this positionQualificationsBSc/BEng/ BTech Civil EngineeringECSA Pr Eng/Pr TechSkillsMS OfficeMS ProjectAutoCADCivil DesignerCivil 3DMinimum 10 years post registration relevant experience in water and sanitation projects design and construction management.Sound knowledge of specifications and Bill of QuantitiesStrong leadership abilities with excellent oral, interpersonal & written communication skills
