Internal Auditor required for a reputable automotive manufacturing company based in East London, Eastern Cape Requirements:Minimum requirements: National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / BTech Quality ManagementVDA – QMC – certified, VDA6.3 Auditor, Core Tools VDA-QMC & ISO 19011 knowledge as well as VDA 6.5At least 5 years Quality Assurance experience in the Automotive manufacturing sector with a proven track recordQualifications on ISO9001; IATF16949 standards and VDA6.3 Process AuditorFully conversant in G8D, APQP, PPAP, PSW, FMEA & Control PlansProduct Safety & Conformity Representative (PSCR)Ability to interpret engineering drawingsKnowledge of CMM gages and fixturesKnowledge of Measurement System AnalysisStrong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesSound technical capabilities and understandingComputer literacy in MS OfficeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a team Responsibilities: Conducting internal and supplier process audits according to VDA6.3 Process AuditConduct internal audits system and process audits as per audit schedulePrepare for external system audits including IATF16949Prepare for external customer process audits VDA6.3Close out all audit findings within the stipulated time frames (i.e. internal process / supplier customer / system)Maintain the Quality Management SystemConducting customer product & dock audits according to customer specific requirements (VDA 6.5)Implement and manage the Layered Audit processParticipate in continuous improvement initiativesShould you wish to apply please email your CV through to Kerry O’Hagan at
