As the Shipping Document Controller, you will be responsible for all shipping documents (imports and exports) to Africa. Your responsibilities will include:Preparing commercial invoices and packing lists.Preparing documents for letter of credit.Ensuring correct issuing of bills of lading and other documents.Tracking of containers and shipping documents.Confirming and amending documents with the factory.Updating the status report.Sending original shipping documents to clients for clearance at destination.Liaising with bank, clients, factory, regional offices. You will need to have a matric and a logistics qualification with at least 7 years’ experience in a logistics environment, in a similar role. Our client is an equal opportunity employer
